They are available to order with or without your family name personalized down the right edge of the board. We offer three different stain colors for the signs so there's one to fit right in with your home. The lettering is 3D laser cut so crisp, it makes our signs stand out from any other!

The Family Growth Chart 3D Customizable Sign is made from high quality pine wood and is then finished off in 1/8 inch thick lettering that is precisely laser cut then strongly adhered to the sign! They also come with a sawtooth hanging bracket installed on the back for easy hanging and leveling of your sign. It is designed and made right here in the USA by us at TextOnTimber.

I am only provided with your contact name and shipping address when placing an order. I will not share or sell any personal information from your order to anyone. REFUNDS, CANCELATIONS, & EXCHANGES POLICY

REFUNDS

I will refund in some circumstances. Please message me and I will be happy to assist you. Items that are never received by the buyer or canceled with 30 minutes of ordering are all eligible for full refunds. Items that are sent back to me because of shipping address errors or refused by the buyer are eligible for partial refunds. When partially refunding the buyer, there will be restocking fee on the total cost of the order. The amount paid by the buyer or paid by us for the shipping of your order is also non refundable. Items that are personalized with names, custom made, or made just for you may not be eligible for refunds. We also do not price match any of our items. If an item is on sale or discounted from when you previously bought it, we can not refund you or apply the discounts to a previous order. All order prices are final unless there is an issue with the item, then you may be eligible for partial or full refunds as mentioned above. Refund terms and conditions are subject to change and we will work with you to make the transactions as fair as possible.

CANCELATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, we ask that you reach out to us within 30 minutes of placing your order. After this time frame, there is a good chance that we have already started working on your order. If we haven’t started on your order and you reach out to us after 30 minutes of placing the order, we may still be able to cancel your order but it is not guaranteed.

EXCHANGES

If there’s an issue with a product, we can exchange it with another if they are available and in stock. We may also do a repair to your item. If an item is no longer available and we are unable to offer an exchange we can offer a refund. Exchanges may have partial fees for shipping and handling. Please message us and we will further assist you. Exchanges are all determined on what the issue is and if we can assist you with an exchange. There may or may not be additional fees for shipping and handling on an exchange. Just message us and we will help assist you.

Very slow shipping but did arrive

Let me just start off by saying, JOSH IS AMAZING. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. From response time to customer service to a quality product, he has it all. WE LOVE OUR FAMILY RULER. It was the perfect addition to our home and I cannot wait to see my kiddos heights go up. It truly is so special and worth every penny. I cannot stop staring at it. 10/10, absolutely amazing. If you’re thinking about purchasing, JUST DO IT! You will not be disappointed.
