PRIVACY POLICY
Your information is kept secure and not shared or sold to anyone. Payments are always secure and processed through Etsy. I never receive your payment information. I am only provided with your contact name and shipping address when placing an order. I will not share or sell any personal information from your order to anyone. I respect each and every person and their privacy.
REFUNDS, CANCELATIONS, & EXCHANGES POLICY

REFUNDS
I will refund in some circumstances. Please message me and I will be happy to assist you. Items that are never received by the buyer or canceled with 30 minutes of ordering are all eligible for full refunds. Items that are sent back to me because of shipping address errors or refused by the buyer are eligible for partial refunds. When partially refunding the buyer, there will be restocking fee on the total cost of the order. The amount paid by the buyer or paid by us for the shipping of your order is also non refundable. Items that are personalized with names, custom made, or made just for you may not be eligible for refunds. We also do not price match any of our items. If an item is on sale or discounted from when you previously bought it, we can not refund you or apply the discounts to a previous order. All order prices are final unless there is an issue with the item, then you may be eligible for partial or full refunds as mentioned above. Refund terms and conditions are subject to change and we will work with you to make the transactions as fair as possible.
CANCELATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, we ask that you reach out to us within 30 minutes of placing your order. After this time frame, there is a good chance that we have already started working on your order. If we haven’t started on your order and you reach out to us after 30 minutes of placing the order, we may still be able to cancel your order but it is not guaranteed.
EXCHANGES
If there’s an issue with a product, we can exchange it with another if they are available and in stock. We may also do a repair to your item. If an item is no longer available and we are unable to offer an exchange we can offer a refund. Exchanges may have partial fees for shipping and handling. Please message us and we will further assist you. Exchanges are all determined on what the issue is and if we can assist you with an exchange. There may or may not be additional fees for shipping and handling on an exchange. Just message us and we will help assist you.
