Like all things made at TextOnTimber the lettering is made to last and is painted on. We DO NOT do vinyl lettering on any of our signs because it peels up overtime.

There are many color options that we offer for our wooden tissue box covers! The stains we use are both rustic and match the farmhouse style. The painted boxes are distressed and show some of the wood through the paint giving them a rustic and weathered look. The lettering for the “Bless You” is either painted in black or white. These tissue boxes are homemade. I make each orders tissue boxes so they may differ slightly from the pictures. Please allow up to 5 days for us to ship your tissue box since we have to make them. We will do our best to ship them out as soon as possible.

REFUNDS, CANCELATIONS, & EXCHANGES POLICY

REFUNDS
I will refund in some circumstances. Please message me and I will be happy to assist you. Items that are never received by the buyer or canceled with 30 minutes of ordering are all eligible for full refunds. Items that are sent back to me because of shipping address errors or refused by the buyer are eligible for partial refunds. When partially refunding the buyer, there will be restocking fee on the total cost of the order. The amount paid by the buyer or paid by us for the shipping of your order is also non refundable. Items that are personalized with names, custom made, or made just for you may not be eligible for refunds. We also do not price match any of our items. If an item is on sale or discounted from when you previously bought it, we can not refund you or apply the discounts to a previous order. All order prices are final unless there is an issue with the item, then you may be eligible for partial or full refunds as mentioned above. Refund terms and conditions are subject to change and we will work with you to make the transactions as fair as possible.
CANCELATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, we ask that you reach out to us within 30 minutes of placing your order. After this time frame, there is a good chance that we have already started working on your order. If we haven’t started on your order and you reach out to us after 30 minutes of placing the order, we may still be able to cancel your order but it is not guaranteed.
EXCHANGES
If there’s an issue with a product, we can exchange it with another if they are available and in stock. We may also do a repair to your item. If an item is no longer available and we are unable to offer an exchange we can offer a refund. Exchanges may have partial fees for shipping and handling. Please message us and we will further assist you. Exchanges are all determined on what the issue is and if we can assist you with an exchange. There may or may not be additional fees for shipping and handling on an exchange. Just message us and we will help assist you.
